The appointment can be requested both on the Customer service phone and on the Customer service WhatsApp during the hours of these services (From Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 15:00).
To guarantee the provision of the service, the appointment must be requested at least two business days in advance.
The Personal Shopper service may be requested:
- During store opening hours
- From 14:00 to 18:00 in case the store is closed
