1.The Mint Company Gift Card (MGC) acts as a Gift Voucher which means it is redeemable in full or part payment for the goods sold.
2. The MGC will be purchased in TMC stores, Shuzu Lab, outlets, franchises or any other business unit of The Mint Company Group and in the e-shop´s store www.themintcompany.com.
2.a. The MGC will be used in TMC stores, Shuzu Lab, Outlets and franchises or any other business unit of The Mint Company Group only, with the exception of the store e-shop www.themintcompany.com
3. You may check the balance of your Gift Card at whichever TMC store with the exceptions mentioned in the second point.
4.When you use your MGC, the amount of your purchase will be deducted from the balance on the gift card. If your purchase totals less than the value of the gift card, any balance will be left as credit for you on the card to spend in the future. Change will not be given.
5. The balance on the card cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash.
6. You should present your MGC in order to make purchases with it.
7.Where applicable, the refund of the amount of the products purchased with the MGC that are returned will be made by increasing the balance available on the MGC. However, if the Card is not presented at the time of return, the refund of this amount will be made by the delivery of another MGC.
8.Refunds for products purchased by other means of payment that are returned can be made through the MGC.
9.It’s permitted to buy a MGC with another MGC.
10.Refund of the product “MGC” is NOT permitted.
11.It’s not permitted to buy a MGC by applying a discount. The initial amount must be exactly equal to the amount paid in order to activate it.
12.Payments cannot be made with more than one MGC in the same purchase.
13.If a customer has more than one MGC it will not be possible to unify the balance of all the cards he/she has in one card, he/she would have to use them indistinctly.
14.The MGC is like cash. Lost or stolen cards cannot be replaced. Gift cards won’t be replaced even after purchase ticket presentation.
15.The card can be recharged.
16.The Mint Company reserves the right to amend these terms & conditions from time to time where we consider it reasonable and necessary to do so.
