For all the territeries which DOESN'T appear in the tables above, the client would be responsible for the shipping and possible custom charges.
For UK, Bulgaria, Rumanía, Estonia, Finlandia, Grecia, Irlanda, Lituania, Suecia and areas with special customs regimes, the customer will be responsible for possible customs charges.

Given times are defined in working days and for orders placed before 10:00am CET. Orders placed after this time may take one more working day. Working days are based on our warehouse calendar in San Bartolomé de Tirajana, Las Palmas.
Shipping Cost
Shipping cost may vary depending on destination.
For orders with destination on Iberian Peninsula and Europe, customs charges, taxes and shipping is included in the price you pay, you won't incurr in any additional expense.
Once the order has been shipped, any request to change the delivery address must be handled through our customer service team. If the carrier applies any additional charges due to this modification, such costs will be borne by the customer.
If the customer unjustifiably refuses delivery and the order is returned, the shipping cost will not be refunded. We also reserve the right to deduct any return shipping costs from the product amount, if applicable.
Pick up at Store Service
Also you can use our pick up at store service if you are lucky enough to live close to any of our stores. It does not have any cost.
The usual delivery time for your order could be affected during special periods, Christmas, sales or specific promotions, due to the high volume of shipments.
